Shipping Policy for SOLPREMO

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed through Amazon FBA. We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 to the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This offer will automatically apply at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

For orders under $35, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on Amazon FBA's rates and policies.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

SOLPREMO ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as to Mexico and Canada, via Amazon FBA.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SOLPREMO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SOLPREMO is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact Amazon FBA to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Shipping to other international locations is not available at this time.
